Michael W. Mullen II
Michael was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago. He found his love for film late in high school, where he took a film class that allowed him to study the origins of film as well as some works of its most well-known artists from the past to the present. His passion was solidified when he attended The Ohio State University. There, he joined forces with David Goodwin to create LenSight Productions.Since 2013, the two have worked on music videos, corporate videos, fashion films, short films, and documentaries. Their personal projects include a feature documentary written, directed and edited by Michael that was accepted into the 2017 Columbus International Film and video Festival. This documentary, The Other Eleven, is one of many works that displays the passion towards people that Michael has had from a very young age. His work in college granted him the opportunity to study abroad at FAMU, the famous film school in Prague, Czech Republic for 7 weeks before graduating with a B.A. in Film Studies in December of 2014. Michael now resides in Los Angeles, where he has teamed up with others to continue to create films he would want to see himself.
